Individual reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the day of arrival, or one night of lodging plus tax will be charged to the guest.

Attendance for the entire class duration is required for General Manager Certification to be awarded. Absence from any portion of this class is grounds for automatic attendance annulment. Your registration status will be incomplete, and certification will not be awarded.
